This Swedish brass and steel bobbin winder has been designed to provide many, many years of dependable service. The winding ratio is about 17.75:1 which means you can wind your bobbins faster and with less effort so you can get back to weaving sooner.

An occasional light oiling will keep this bobbin winder working like new. This bobbin winder has a built-in clamp so you can mount it just about anywhere. NOTE: Turn the handle clockwise ONLY. That is the direction that the brass teeth and the steel worm gear were designed to operate in.

The spindle on the "Thick Spindle" bobbin winder has a shaft that tapers from about 1/4" to about 5/16" making it perfect for winding most plastic, wood and metal bobbins but not all pirns or bobbins with a very small hole. If you need to wind cardboard or paper quills - or bobbins with a smaller hole diameter - order the the quill winder version that has a tapered shaft that measures from under 1/8" to about 3/8".

Warping Paddles in two sizes:

• 12 inches long with 18 holes
• 14 inches long with 24 holes

Made from hard wood, finely sanded but no oil finish applied. Comfortable to hold, use less than the maximum if you wish.

Harrisville Stick Shuttles

Ideal for simple weaving projects, Harrisville stick shuttles come in five convenient lengths - 9", 12", 16", 20" and 24" long, approximately 1 ³/₄" wide. They are made of solid rock maple.

Howell's "LITTLE MAN" Narrow Stick Shuttles.

These "Little Man" narrow stick shuttles are about 3/4" wide (about 2 centimeters) and have a silky-smooth finish. The perfect stick shuttle for a small loom ** especially handy if the loom has a small shed opening. You can use these narrow stick shuttles for fine yarns and not have to deal with the bulk of bigger, more awkward stick shuttles.

Handmade for the discriminating weaver from a variety of woods and finished to a satin smoothness. The blade length and end have been beveled as a blade to gently "beat" or push your weft yarn tight. Overall length is 11", the "blade" is 4 1/2" long and the height is just about 2".

"Little Man" Tapestry Beaters

Hand made from various hardwoods. Approximately 8" in length. Choose from 1" or 1.5" width (out of 1.5"), contoured teeth, smooth and finished. Comfortable in the hand.
